This week, we had the pleasure of speaking with Rodrigo Gomes, PhD, VP OSH Risk Governance and Assurance at TK Elevator, who shared some insights into safety and its evolving landscape, and the transformative power of effective safety management and leadership. With over 20 years working for TK elevator across many functions, he comes with the unique perspective of a decentralised workplace, tackling the challenges of a scattered operational environment  and how important it is to empower workers to take decisive actions for their safety.
