This not only benefits our Associates, but our clients as they benefit from built up knowledge and a proven cultural fit for their organisation. But please don't just take my word for it, here is the experience from one of our Banking client Associates; 'My experience of working with Sanderson Projects has been positive from day one. I approached Sanderson Projects to represent me initially rather than be recruited but I was still taken through a thorough and effective onboarding process with several members of the team. The level of engagement continued once I was embedded into the programme with regular contact with my Sanderson account partner and it was useful to be able to discuss issues and progress with someone outside the process. When my first engagement was coming to a close Sanderson Projects were very quick to identify a new role with the same client, arrange meetings with the recruiting manager and handle the transition. Once embedded in the new role the engagement with my account partner continued with the same benefits as before. With my current engagement coming to a close I really hope I will be able to work with Sanderson Projects again and I’m confident that if they have appropriate roles in the future they will make every effort to bring me back on board to continue the partnership.'     In the fast-paced world of contracting, it's easy to overlook our mental well-being amidst tight deadlines and demanding projects. But our mental health is just as important as hitting those milestones. As part of mental health awareness week, we wanted to highlight the importance of bringing your mental health to the forefront of what you do.   Whether you're a seasoned contractor or just starting out, we all face unique challenges which can take a toll on our mental health. From managing multiple projects to dealing with uncertainties in the market, it's essential to prioritize self-care and seek support when needed.   Here are a few ways we can support each other:   🟣 Check-in regularly with yourself and your colleagues. Sometimes a simple "How are you?" can make a world of difference. 🟣 Normalise discussions around mental health, break the stigma and create a safe space for open dialogue. 🟣 Seek resources and support. Whether it's through therapy, support groups, or online resources, there are plenty of avenues to explore. 🟣 Practice self-care. Remember to take breaks, exercise, and engage in activities that bring you joy outside of work. 🟣 Know when to ask for help.
