One month on and there's still such a buzz around The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony Great Britain & Ireland, which was hosted in Glasgow at the iconic Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum last month. The following day, we hosted the MICHELIN Industry Event, which saw experts from across the industry attend for a morning of insight, discussion and celebration of Scotland's incredible food and drink sector. It was an honour to have been host city partners, alongside Glasgow Life.
🍽️ One month on! In February, Glasgow made history as Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum hosted The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony for the first time in Scotland, with Glasgow Life and Scotland Food & Drink welcoming over 500 of the UK’s top chefs to celebrate the best in food and drink. Before and after the event, industry experts, journalists, and chefs explored Glasgow’s incredible food and drink scene—from top restaurants to whisky pairings and food tours. Hear from the voices behind Glasgow’s food and drink industry including Lorna McNee from Cail Bruich, Bridgeen Mullen from The Clydeside Distillery, and Gillian Morrison of The Glasgow Food and Drink Tour, as they reflect on the experience, and what it means for Glasgow’s culinary reputation. 🎥 Watch the full video below
