The new office for The Seacon Group at Northfleet, Kent, has now been completed. The project was designed by Marjoram Architects and built by Ash Contracting Ltd. The Klair Group completed the external drainage, utilities and accesses to service the new office building. We provided cost management and employer’s agent services up to completion and final account agreement. With all key partners working together, this project showcases the successful collaboration and precision required to deliver a high-quality space.
