  • 🚨 Exciting News Alert! 🚨 We're beyond thrilled to share that our incredible Shout Volunteer Ben West is taking part in an Ultra marathon in May 🙌 all on behalf of Shout - (we'll be cheering you on, Ben). Through his own time volunteering with us, Ben has seen first-hand the incredible impact our volunteers have on the people we support. As Ben says, you really can 'Be the Difference', and now he's calling on YOU to join him. Want to know how? 💜 1. Donate to Ben's challenge - your support can make all the difference (£10 can cover the cost of a potentially life-saving conversation) 2. Sign up to become a volunteer - be there for someone when they need you the most. Your time can make all the difference. 3. Take on your own fundraising challenge - be inspired (it doesn't have to be an Ultra, although we'd love to see that - dream big!) The race is on to make a difference to people's mental health. Get involved here: https://ow.ly/fxrr50UKf1c 💪 #Shout #BeTheDifference #MentalHealthSupport

    • Ben stands in a foggy, grassy area, wearing a long sleeve fleece and shorts and a running backpack. He has his hands on his hips and is smiling broadly.
    • Ben is running towards the camera from away in the distance, up a dirt path with fog in the background and tree branches on the side. There is some ice on the path.
