Last week, through our wellbeing partnership with Smart About Health, we were delighted to host Dr Kathryn Kissell for a session on managing parental guilt. With so many in the workforce juggling parental and caregiving responsibilities, Kathryn brought a wealth of knowledge and empathy to our discussion, creating a space of belonging to share experiences and to challenge imposed or self-imposed expectations.
