SINE Digital is a leading, independently owned, performance marketing agency that was launched in the UK in 2017 by a team of artists who identified how data science could inform and elevate digital marketing by connecting people to the experiences they love. The SINE Digital team combines specialists in live entertainment and sports marketing with data scientists who work with clients to eliminate ‘wastage’ and maximise media spend, fast. This market leading approach has led SINE Digital to grow exponentially while delivering outsized returns for global leading live entertainment, sports, theatre and lifestyle brands. The goal was straightforward enough: to increase search demand during seasonally low periods. We tackled this by launching a multifaceted demand gen campaign across Google, to reach targeted audiences higher in the funnel as part of our wider digital strategy. Showcasing the breathtaking immersive experiences that RiseNY has to offer, the demand gen campaign was integrated across Google's most visual, entertainment-focused touchpoints including YouTube, YouTube Shorts and Discover.     The Paris 2024 Olympics has been at the forefront of all discussions and we really enjoyed tuning in! With several clients in the sports industry, our team all have different go-to sports that we are passionate about, but our favourite thing about this year's Olympics wasn't necessarily what you'd expect... 2024 is the first time the Olympics has achieved almost full 50/50 gender equality among competing athletes. It's a huge milestone and one that we're really happy to see. Hosting 152 women’s events, 157 men’s events, and 20 mixed-gender events, Paris 2024 marks significant progress in the effort for equity in sports. Of course, there’s still a long road ahead for diversity and inclusion, but progress is progress. Gender parity will always remain on the SINE agenda - and although we still have a way to go ourselves, we believe in the importance of transparency on gender diversity within our organisation to hold us accountable for striving towards a more equal workforce: Executive & Board - 89% male, 11% female Senior Management - 25% male, 75% female Company-wide - 46% male, 54% female We're building a strong client base amongst sports brands, and it's a commitment for us that they align with our values to champion inclusivity. #GenderEqualOlympics #Paris2024 #DiversityInSports #IntersectionalityInSport

    Today is International Youth Day, which is a global celebration dedicated to empowering young people. 🇺🇳 Established by the United Nations, the day raises awareness of the challenges and issues facing the world's youth, ranging from education and employment to social inclusion and mental health. 🔮 With this in mind, we developed our Future Talent Scheme. The goal: offer entry level opportunities at SINE to young people no matter their educational background. Rather than a traditional internship or graduate programme, we feel that with the right support, mentorship, practical experience and training, we can set our candidates up for success and kick start their careers in Digital Marketing. #internationalyouthday 📝 Here are some of the top factors contributing to youth unemployment: Education and Skills Mismatch: A significant factor contributing to youth unemployment is the mismatch between the skills young people possess and the requirements of the labor market. Many young people lack the skills needed for high-demand industries such as technology. 📉 Impact of the Pandemic: The pandemic severely impacted sectors that traditionally employ young workers, such as retail and hospitality, leading to higher unemployment rates. Although recovery is underway, some sectors have been slower to bounce back. 💸 Economic Uncertainty: Ongoing economic challenges, including inflation and geopolitical tensions, have contributed to an uncertain job market, affecting hiring practices and job availability for young people.

Our CEO, James Dale, was featured in Fortune last week discussing Amazon’s CEO, Andy Jassy's thoughts on earning trust within an organisation. Jassy highlights how key strategies, such as building a foundation of trust between leaders and staff are key to psychological safety, effective collaboration, and innovation. All of which he attributes to driving Amazon's recent successes in AI and logistics, emphasising that sucking up to your boss and peers definitely won’t do the trick. James states that “you have to study your own personality and work out what to bring and what not to bring to a role based on the personalities of the people that you will be interacting with, both colleagues and clients”.
