If we can meet a client's request and complete a part of our works ahead of Programme, we are happy to do so. 👍 This was now the case in February with the waterproof closing of the Print Building, one of the two blocks of our London project Timber Square. Coffee from our Sipral Café helps twice, as you already know. First, it benefits us, lovers of freshly ground and prepared coffee, and then the recipients of the money collected in our café. In addition to the Klokánek Fund for Endangered Children and the Palliative Care Center, it also includes the Long-Term Care Hospital in Prague Vršovice, from where we bring you these snapshots. We are grateful to Dr. Pavla Stránská for allowing us to visit the regular canistherapy sessions, one of the activities we support in this way. We appreciate that in collaboration with LVMH, Gehry Partners, and Vinci Construction, we are currently working on another project, LVMH Maison ATP in Paris, which we recently reported on again. However, the flagship of this cooperation remains the neighboring Fondation Louis Vuitton. 🏆 We spent 5 years on this project.  Working with architects from Gehry Partners has been an enormous learning experience for us and has advanced us miles ahead, not only in understanding and learning how construction at this level can work in the twenty-first century but also in the use and full commitment to 3D modeling and software like Catia or SolidWorks, without which we can no longer imagine our work. As far as architecture is concerned, we are and always will be proud to have these projects in our portfolio and to have been able to contribute to these visionary projects and visions of Frank Gehry. New acquisition! With excitement, we want to share our new and significant acquisition with you.  🏆✌️ The Integrated Resort Complex Ellinikon in Athens, Greece, is a project that includes a hotel, casino, and other leisure spaces. This project is one of the pillars of one of the largest current urban developments in Europe, Ellinikon, where a new "smart" and "green" city is being created with the ambition to become a world destination on the Athenian Riviera. We are thrilled by the trust we have received from our client, the Greek company TERNA SA with their USA partner HARD ROCK INTERNATIONAL, and that today we can announce our victory in the long and challenging tender for the delivery of the Tower facade. Nearly 200 meters high with 42 floors and more than 40,000 square meters of unitised structurally bonded facade along with other constructions make this project a significant milestone in our portfolio. We see this project also as our entry into a new region, and we look forward to working with new top-class clients, architects, and all stakeholders of this exceptional project. Design work is currently starting, and we aim to install the first units on site in January 2026. Repeated long-term collaboration with Louis Vuitton, Gehry Partners, TESS, and Vinci Construction is carefully guarded family gold for us… The production of gigantic six-meter opening units for our Paris project La Maison LVMH – ATP is another exciting challenge. It follows the first part, which was a demanding and perfect design, including all the necessary tests and trials. Oversized units, huge mirror sizes, and front glass panels with carefully tuned silkscreen print designs require not only perfect team coordination but also precise quality control. Jizerská 50 is a legendary international cross-country skiing race held annually in the Jizera Mountains in the Czech Republic. The race has been taking place since the 1960s and brings together professionals and amateurs. Since 1999, the race has been part of the Worldloppet series of long-distance races. Among the thousands of participants, our Sipral colleagues regularly appearand this was no different in the current edition, which took place last weekend.   Project Manager David Baltaretu and Head of Bid Department Jan Obermajer achieved great times of 3:58 and 3:21, respectively!   Big Congratulations to our champions! 👍💪👏🏆 #WeAreSipral #Jizerska50

Dan has applied his skills in companies like PWC, ČEZ or ČSOB, and his experience will be beneficial for Sipral and its future. Dan takes over the leadership of a stable top management team at the Prague headquarters of Sipral a.s. and our London branch, Sipral UK Ltd. The company's founder and owner, Leopold Bareš, will remain in the position of Chairman of the Board.
