Guess who smashed their charity fundraiser.... These guys!!! 🤗 The Sixteenth team took part in a charity fundraiser of walking 1998 miles to raise money for Voyage Youth, signalling the year the charity was founded. Voyage Youth has been a beacon of hope and empowerment for disadvantaged communities, working to enrich the lives of young black individuals. Their mission aligns perfectly with Sixteenth's values of diversity and inclusion, making this partnership a natural fit. The team smashed the challenge, totalling a huge 2006 miles walked and £1170 raised for this fantastic cause. Huge thanks to everyone who supported and donated. We can't wait to continue working with Voyage Youth 💜

We believe in accessibility for all our team members, and with some of us being based outside of the UK, we want to make a conscious effort to nurture that team spirit all the way across the sea. The other week, we hosted a virtual pub quiz and it was so much fun, working together in teams to solve anything from weird song mashups to historical anecdotes. Everyone on our team had the chance to join in and take a good few hours ahead of the weekend to switch off from work and have some fun. It’s moments like these that embody our ethos and reflect our commitment to every individual’s hard work and dedication throughout the week 🌟
