🗣 We recently published the findings of our Have Your Say survey of the social care workforce. The survey found that, overall, social care workers feel more valued for the work they do than they did last year, but that well-being and pay are still a concern. The main report also split the findings into three job groups, to give us a better idea of how people's experiences differ across different roles.
