What advice would I give a budding entrepreneur? It’s a question I often struggle with – because entrepreneurship is pretty much all I’ve ever known. Over the years, I’ve learned that success isn’t about a single “big break”. It’s about something much less glamorous: resilience and pragmatism. You’ll face resistance – whether from the market, investors, or even yourself. Pushing through that friction is what separates those who succeed from those who don’t. At the same time, big dreams need practical execution. Progress isn’t just about bold ideas; it’s about making smart, pragmatic decisions every day. If I had to sum it up: embrace resistance, stay pragmatic, keep moving forward, and most importantly, have fun along the way. What’s the best entrepreneurial advice you’ve ever received?

After a great SoPost week '24 at Matfen Hall, it felt like a massive privilege to head off to Japan with Carla Acereda Ortiz for four weeks.
