✨Culture of kindness as a business strategy✨ Just one of the many refreshing takeaways from last Friday’s Global Hospitality Talk event, at the stunning Raffles. It was great to meet so many new faces in the hospitality industry from all walks of life. From macro trends and investment opportunities to design innovation and cutting-edge technology, the event offered a compelling look at what’s shaping the future of the industry. A top highlight was hearing the inspiring stories and work philosophies of Simon Casson FIH Anna Nash and Ayman Gharib - a true masterclass in leadership, humility and passion for hospitality. And, of course, not forgetting the chance to see LASVIT breathtaking Poppy light installation.
