To celebrate International Women's Equality Day, Subsea7's Brazil Region held a Conversation Circle at the Porto do Rio office, with onshore and offshore women who stood out in the Bacalhau Project, which is in its final phase. In an event that provoked important discussions and reflections on the power of diversity in creating an innovative, equal and collaborative environment, we learned a little more about the professional and personal trajectories of the guests, talked about the importance of female representation in positions typically occupied by men and much more. #Being7 #womensequalityday #MakePossible

Welcoming Our Next Generation of Subsea Innovators We are delighted to welcome 34 new graduates to Subsea7 in Norway, on a dynamic induction week that included learning sessions, networking opportunities, and engaging activities. The week kicked off with a warm welcome from Monica Th. Bjørkmann, SVP of Subsea7 Norway, and continued with a series of workshops on key aspects of our business - from HSEQ and SURF to supply chain management and more. 25 graduates joined our Engineering team in Norway; seven of the group are in supply chain management, planning, tendering, HSEQ and cost control; and two are part of our Pipeline Group. Graduates experienced our operations firsthand at the Dusavik Base and embraced our passion for the sea with SURF lessons at Hellestø Beach, led by our own SURF enthusiasts Ine and Vilde. This induction week is just the beginning as they embark on a journey in subsea engineering to make the energy transition possible. Welcome to the team, graduates! #Subsea7 #graduaterecruitment

Congratulations to the Seaway7 team on winning two awards at the 2024 CN Specialist Awards for their work on Seagreen Offshore Wind Farm!

We are honoured to announce that Subsea7 has been selected as a finalist in the Outstanding Contribution to Energy Security category at the 2024 OEUK Awards for our ongoing Diving Support Vessel Initiative (DSVi). Since it was established in 2009, DSVi has safeguarded North Sea subsea operations by providing year-round, 24/7, full lifecycle project management and rapid response inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) solutions, to a consortium of six major North Sea operators, across 50 offshore facilities in the North Sea. Hani El Kurd, UK & Global IRM SVP said: “Over the last 15 years and counting DSVi has played a substantial role in ensuring vital energy infrastructure remains operational to deliver a secure supply of energy to the UK and we are glad that this has been recognised by OEUK for this year’s awards.” #MakePossible #OEUKAwards2024
