Due to the huge success of our last Operational Leadership Programme, the next programme starts on 9th September in Bridgwater. A particularly unique outcome of the programme is the measurable impact achieved through the improvement projects. In our latest course, these collectively delivered annual savings of £150k per year by increasing capacity and reducing inefficiencies! Positive feedback from the trainees included: 'It gave us the skills we need to help lead others', 'helped me to drive meaningful business improvements', 'fulfilling, rewarding, great to see people grow and have the chance to share learning and experience', & 'delivered exceptional value'.
