'92% of teachers said it's increased their conversations with students about careers and pathways'.   Teacher Encounters, a The Careers & Enterprise Company initiative, supports education staff to increase their knowledge, confidence and understanding of progression pathways and the skills required to grow the economy. As a result, teachers link employer experiences into the curriculum.   Special thank you to Dorset Cornerstone Employer, Lighthouse - Arts and Entertainment | Poole, who recently delivered the Dorset Careers Hub Creative Industries encounter. 🌟 International Volunteer Day To celebrate #IVD2025, we welcomed Enterprise Advisers across Pan-Dorset to our EA Connect session, providing the opportunity to network and learn more about our activities for this year.
