🌸 Celebrating International Women's Day at Mercedes-Benz of West London! 🌸 Today, we celebrated International Women's Day in style at Mercedes-Benz of West London, with an event full of inspiration, connection, and fun for both the Retail and Corporate teams. 🎉 Our amazing colleagues Libby Biwott & Emily Weaver from the Diversity & Inclusion team/groups led the way, fostering insightful conversations and a shared commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. We were also joined by a fantastic guest speaker who shared empowering insights and experiences. The event was made even sweeter with delicious coffee, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes, along with some fun activities like a quiz to test our knowledge! 🍪☕🍰 A huge thank you to Trevor Webb b and Atif H. for organising the insightful event, and to Stephen Hanifan Troy Taylor & David Cunningham who joined us in supporting the celebration. It’s inspiring to see everyone come together to champion gender equality and empowerment in the workplace. 💪 Here's to continuing to break barriers and create an even more inclusive future at Mercedes-Benz of West London and London Corporate Sales! #IWD2025 #InternationalWomensDay #DiversityAndInclusion #WomenInBusiness #MercedesBenz #SytnerGroup #Empowerment #Equality #Inclusion #Teamwork

  • Sytner Group are proud to be leading in Diversity and Inclusion, having recently won the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion award at the Motor Trader Awards. In the spirit of this we are celebrating International Women’s Day today in our Head Office in Leicester! International Women's Day is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It’s also a time to reflect on the progress made toward gender equality and to recognise the work still to be done in creating a truly inclusive world. Across our Head Office, colleagues took part by wearing purple, green and white, the colours used to celebrate the day. A team of colleagues including our Gender Equality Network Group Chair walked around the business and provided all colleagues with a chocolate bar as-well as business cards encouraging colleagues to donate Women’s Aid! We also decorated our reception areas with balloons, leaflets, posters and had messages on the TV screens, celebrating and recognising women who have inspired us. In addition to this we displayed video content from a ‘Round Table Talk’, hosted and attended by members of our Gender Equality Network Group who discussed various topics of their experiences, challenges and male allyship within our industry. Sytner Group are very proud to be named in Inclusive Companies top 50 list of Inclusive UK Employers, and look forward to continuing the celebration of International Women’s day this week!

  • We’re excited to announce that Sytner Group has reconfirmed our commitment to Ben again this year with a generous donation of £70,000. This will go a long way to support new initiatives Ben it is keen to launch in the coming year. Recently Rachel Clift, Chief Executive of Ben, had the pleasure of meeting with Mel Rogers, Director of Human Resources at Sytner. They met at Rachel’s local BMW business in Worcester, which was recently acquired by the Sytner Group. "We’d like to say a huge thank you to Mel and the team at Sytner for their ongoing support and commitment to making a difference in our automotive community. The generosity of businesses, and their employees, helps ensure Ben is always there for members of our automotive family whenever they need us." Ben is a charity which supports people in the automotive industry when they face life’s day-to-day struggles and the toughest of challenges. Together with our industry, we can change and save lives.

  • Each year, Sytner Group’s Head Office proudly supports Leicestershire Cares with their Bags of Hope Campaign, a heartfelt initiative dedicated to helping vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in the local community. This campaign ensures that those at risk of being left behind during the festive season can still experience the joy of Christmas during the festive season. So far this year we’ve filled over 50 bags with various items including essential and festive items to fill the reusable tote bags which are then delivered to those most in need. Sytner Group had been partnered with Leicestershire Cares for many years and supports a number of projects across the local community. We are exceptionally proud of our teams getting involved and engaging in the local community and ‘Giving Back’ wherever we can.
