Off to London today to run a workshop with the wonderful gang at SPEAR London with Sarah Jenkins We we working with their Health Link case workers to evaluate the support they provide to hundreds of homeless and vulnerable housed adults in Richmond and Twickenham. One of the things we are looking at is Value for Investment - our methodology is based on Julian King ‘s model - determining how well resources are used in the programme as well as the wider benefit to those it exists to support and programme partners. Here for example we want to consider the impact of reduced a&e admissions vs increased support from GPs. Always good to uncover some meaningful findings both which corroborate and challenge a programme - meaning future decisions can be made with true insight. #valueforinvestment #VfI #costbenefit #evaluation #charityimpact #impactmeasurement

The team spent a few days working together in person this week. We love the flexibility that comes with remote working but it's always fun to spend sometime together too. We were joined by the lovely Emily from The Henley Coaching Partnership for a session on our DISC profiles. It was so interesting to learn about each of our communication styles and how we can use them to benefit us as a team. Highly recommend.
