  • At CIRO, we believe that mental health matters every day – not just today. Talking about our mental health helps us navigate life’s challenges, so why not take a moment to check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues? A simple conversation can make all the difference. This year’s World Mental Health Day theme, set by the World Federation for Mental Health, focuses on workplace mental health, and highlights the importance of creating supportive environments where mental health and wellbeing are a priority. We’re committed to supporting our team’s mental health in a variety of ways: We've recently installed a Wellbeing Wall to encourage reflection and connection. Our Wellness Days help staff recharge – our next one is on 25th October 2024. We host regular Wellbeing Breakfasts where colleagues can come together in a relaxed environment, with the next planned for 5th November 2024. Let’s continue the conversation about mental health – today and every day. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthMatters #WellbeingAtWork
