Who Are We?
For more than 30 years, the Premier League has been home to some of the most competitive and compelling football in the world. The League and its Clubs use the power and popularity of the competition to inspire fans, communities and partners in the UK and across the world. The Premier League brings people together from all backgrounds. It is a competition for everyone, everywhere and is available to watch in more than 190 million homes in 188 countries.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, and tackling all forms of discrimination. We oversee the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Standard for our Clubs which supports them to create inclusive environments. This is underpinned by our No Room For Racism Action Plan and our long-standing partnerships with organisations such as LGBTQ+charity Stonewall. Off the pitch, we strive to create a workforce which truly reflects our industry and communities.
Life at the Premier League
At the Premier League, we are proud to be a close team, who work hard, support each other and are ambitious in our work. We promise to encourage and support staff at every opportunity through our training offerings, extensive benefits package and health and wellbeing incentives. Our work in the community is important to us and staff are always encouraged to go out and experience this. There are also plenty of social activities, including our end of the month drinks and two company-wide parties.
