In July, we published Millions more moving, our first policy report on how we can tackle inactivity by supporting people with long-term conditions to move. In the coming weeks, we'll be sharing a series of blogs from colleagues working in different areas of health and physical activity. We'll be discussing themes central to the three policy ‘shifts’ the report calls for: leadership and accountability, movement embedded in healthcare, and movement as part of everyday life. First is Jat, a We Are Undefeatable storyteller discussing the widespread benefits of movement, sharing his own experiences as someone living with asthma and as a carer. https://lnkd.in/eZ38Tpyx

Last month, we published Millions more moving. This report sets out how national policymakers can better utilise physical activity and movement to support people living with long-term conditions across the nation. We have drawn on insight gathered through We Are Undefeatable and highlighted the range of initiatives already underway to set out the shifts that our national leaders can make to bring about meaningful and sustainable increases in activity. On 10th September, we will be hosting a webinar to mark the report's publication! You can register with this link ⬇️⬇️⬇️ https://lnkd.in/eeikbYkR
