With pupil numbers in England projected to fall by nearly one million by 2032, schools face a £1bn funding shortfall. Falling rolls, driven by demographic shifts and declining birth rates, is leading to underutilisation, placing significant pressure on Trusts and estates professionals to adapt. At this year's TTN National Conference on 23rd April we share how to use digital solutions to tackle these challenges. Delegates will learn how digitalisation mitigates financial risks and supports our transition to sustainable practices, future-proofing our estates in a rapidly changing educational landscape. 📢 Spotlight on our Speakers Join Paul Stewart, Estates and Facilities Manager for Plymouth CAST Multi-Academy Trust, at our workshops on 'Surviving the £1bn Shortfall: Smart Solutions for School Estates Amid Falling Rolls'. Paul oversees 34 schools, and has over a decade of experience in the education sector. He has developed the Trust’s estates systems, earning national recognition from the Department for Education and LocatED for exemplary data systems. His innovative approach to data analysis and strategy won him the 2024 Education Estates People’s Award for Estates Professional of the Year, with a project shortlisted for the Innovation in Asset Management Award. #EstatesManagement #SchoolEstatesDigitalSolutions #TTNNationalConference
