As we reflect on an action-packed summer, we're excited to share highlights from our time onsite at Tofte Manor, Bedfordshire, for its back-to-back weekends with Labyrinth Events. Our clients at The Fair produced yet another phenomenal event, featuring performances from Fatboy Slim, Adriatique, Annie Mac, and Jungle! Always a pleasure to return to where it all began at Loughborough University for the annual Big Match against Bath University 🏉 Great to witness our Loughborough team in action and catch up with Loughborough Sport 💜 Huge congratulations to Matt & Abigail for organising another successful Big Match! Thrilled to see Loughborough secure a 31-29 victory 🥇

⭐ Women in Security ⭐ Since 2021, Alliance has been working hard to increase our female workforce across the company through the training, developing and mentoring of our team members 📈 The 3 year goal was to increase our female workforce to 40% across all levels within the business by 2024 by utilising internally funded training through our Highfield Accredited Training Centre, support lifting the profile of women in the industry and create an environment and culture of support to enable women to thrive in a male dominated industry. As the graphic shows, we're proud to have reached our goal of at least 40% (data taken from latest September payroll reports) which is significantly higher than the current industry rate of 10.89% 🏆 Alliance is committed to continuing its work to support women in our industry with the aim to support their development into senior roles. ☀ 2024 Summer Festival Season ☀️ As we conclude another incredible summer of festivals, we want to extend a huge thank you to our dedicated team, clients, and delivery partners. Together, we’ve created unforgettable experiences for millions of customers across the UK! Since May, Alliance has successfully delivered 60+ events, from sporting events like Ride London and the School Games to some of the UK’s top festivals, including Boiler Room, Big Feastival, and Medicine Festival 🎪 This year also brought exciting new partnerships with customers like Gone Wild Festival, London Marathon Events, and Farm Games. We also saw our consultancy, Alliance Safety and Alliance Events complement each other to ensure the smooth execution of every event from the planning phases, to their delivery 🚴♂️ A special thank you to our support team for their commitment over the last 5 months including Christian, James, Elliot, Ellen, Blake, Corey, Duncan, Seb, Charlotte, Meghann and too many more who aren't on Linkedin. Stay tuned for exciting news and developments in the coming weeks as we gear up for an even bigger 2025! ☀️

This past weekend marked the close of the summer festival season for Alliance, with our teams wrapping up at Maiden Voyage in Burgess Park and One Out Festival in Walton-On-Thames. 🎡🌳 Our teams welcomed over 30,000 customers over the weekend, what a great way to finish an incredibly successful 2024 festival season! ☀
