Last month, we kicked off the inaugural breakfast event of our Ladder Forum, hosted with Chapter 2, and it was a resounding success! The Ladder Group’s new forum is tailored to ambitious HR leaders, eager to foster early careers, social mobility and inclusion in the workplace. Our monthly roundtables will focus on the most relevant topics within the Talent, HR and People landscape, and unite industry leaders to exchange, learn and leave with actionable advice. Here’s a snippet of our event last month – it was a morning filled with enriching discussions as talent leaders gathered for a captivating breakfast roundtable hosted by Leah Jones, delving into the topic of “initiating and future-proofing social mobility strategies”.
