At Innovo, we prioritise the physical and mental wellbeing of our people. We recently took part in both the Dubai Investments Green Run and the 2025 Dubai Corporate Games, encouraging our people to get involved and support us in fostering a culture of health, fitness, and teamwork! The Green Run, organised by the Emirates Green Building Council, supported the Government’s Smart Dubai initiatives, promoting a sustainable and healthy city for all. More than 50 Innovo employees participated in the run. The 2025 Dubai Corporate Games brought together more than 3,500 professionals for two days of multi-sports competition. Innovo athletes competed in more than 10 games, including cricket, badminton, football, padel tennis, and chess. Congratulations to Abanoub Mousa for securing 2nd place, and Prakash Panicker for securing 3rd place in chess and to Ahmed Hakim for winning the obstacle course race. We also want to celebrate the many colleagues who achieved podium finishes across various other sports. Innovo has unveiled a first-of-its-kind site office for construction teams in Dubai! Located in Jumeirah, the new site office is a significant departure from the portacabin-style site offices of the past, offering a contemporary office environment that meets the same high design, wellbeing and functionality standards as our major corporate offices around the world. Created to inspire our teams, the new office is aligned with our core commitment areas of people, technology and sustainability. It includes floor-to-ceiling views of the work site, hot-desk zones, smart workspaces, wellness areas and modern break-out and collaboration spaces. As a business committed to the UN’s 2050 net zero targets, sustainability has also been a key consideration in the building’s creation. The new site office is powered by solar and hybrid energy systems and was delivered using resource-efficient technologies like 3D printing to minimise its environmental impact. Innovo team members from across our business came together for a fun-filled day of competition earlier this month at the Innovo Sports Day. Featuring our International CEO, Raouf Ezzat on the padel court, and a sporty Sameh Fam, our Innovo Build CEO, a great number of Innovo team members and their families came together for the day, to take part in a number of sporting events. This sports day featured a range of team sports, including football, padel, and tennis and concluded with an awards ceremony and a barbecue for everyone to refuel! Following the successful completion of The Place, Innovo has begun to hand over the keys. Located in Mivida, New Cairo, this exceptional project for Emaar Misr involved the design and delivery of six core and shell office buildings with extensive landscaping. With innovative architectural design that seamlessly balances business and leisure, The Place sets new standards for functional elegance.
