Last Saturday morning, we kicked off our first SP SWEAT of 2025 at our new Bond Street store. It was the perfect way to start the year - a morning of meditation, running, and SP salads. SP SWEAT is just getting started, and we're really excited for what’s to come. We’ve got some big plans for 2025 that will reflect our belief that we’re not just a brand, but a lifestyle. A big thank you to Grind | Certified B Corp for the morning caffeine hit and Vita Coco for the post run hydration!

To recognise the hard work of our kitchen team at Oxford Circus during the festive season, their Kitchen Manager, Rasa Raskeviciute, thoughtfully gifted them all personalised aprons as a thank you. A special shoutout to Affan Shaikh (pictured in the middle), who marked three years with The Salad Project last week - here’s to celebrating the team behind the salads!

Exciting News! The Salad Project is growing, and we’re thrilled to announce the opening of our 8th store - Bond Street - this Friday, 17th January! But wait, it gets better... From Monday 20th to Wednesday 22nd, we’re treating you to 50% off at our shiny new location (valid 11am–3pm). It’s the perfect excuse to grab lunch and check out the space! What an incredible year it’s been for SP! Here’s a look back at some of the highlights from 2024- and we can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store! 1. Launched the Bubala Bowl with Bubala London. 2. Opened our first digital store - SPACES. 3. March was all about The Mob Caesar. 4. Introduced our rebrand and welcomed SP 2.0 5. Brought more plants to London with Deliciously Ella. 6. Signed on the dotted line… (stay tuned for more!) 7. Unveiled our fresh new menu. 8. Opened our Fenchurch Street store. 9. Partnered with BAO for the BAO Bowl. 10. Launched our Fuelling Founders campaign with Grace Beverley and the plant-based GOAT. 11. Launched SP SWEAT 2.0 and hosted several sell out events. 12. Won the Scalable Concept R200 Award 13. Opened our TCR store. It’s fair to say 2024 was one BIG year! Here's to 2025 - hitting the ground running next Friday with our Bond Street opening. See you there!

Last Friday, we came together for our annual SP Christmas party - a brilliant evening bringing together all 7 stores and head office for a chance to celebrate the success of the year! Although we’re now spread across London, it’s so important to us to take the time to unite as one team. A huge congratulations to all our award winners, especially our Employee of the Year, Tilly Cotton - we are lucky to have you! To our incredible team, thank you for your talent, dedication, and hard work throughout the year. And to our customers - don’t forget, we’re open until 9pm to keep you fuelled during those last-minute Christmas shopping trips!

The final act of an immensely busy year for The Salad Project was the opening of its 7th wonder: Tottenham Court Road. And what a response...! 2024 was a good year: 1. We partnered with London's best restaurant - Bubala 🫑 2. We opened our 5th location at Mansion House - our digital-only space 🤳 3. We launched a caesar salad with Mob's 2.7M followers - 🥗 4. Deliciously Ella took over our entire plant based menu for two months - 👑 5. We launched a phenomenal salad with the geniuses at BAO - 🇹🇼 6. We opened our 6th location in The City at Fenchurch - 🏢 7. Grace Beverley insisted on making her own version of The GOAT at SP - 🐐 8. We launched our 7th restaurant in TCR with 50 meter long queues. - ❕ WOW.
