Better Coffee, Made by London.

About us

Grind is a coffee company that lives in London. After opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand expanded across London with cafés and a production coffee roastery. 2020 changed Grind beyond recognition, and today Grind coffee is available online - through our direct-to-consumer coffee business led by the UK’s first compostable coffee pods for Nespresso machines - as well as around the world as the global coffee partner for Soho House.

  • OUR NEW MUSIC SERIES LAUNCHES 30TH JANUARY !! Introducing Play Grounds, a live music series kicking off with an intimate live performance by the incredible Ella Eyre at our Greenwich café. If you're thinking "Why are Grind hosting a live music series that is so random?" Then you clearly haven't done your essential Grind research. Music was at the founding of Grind: when our first café opened in Shoreditch back in 2011, so did our very own recording studio that has since hosted some incredible artists. It's a tradition we don't plan on abandoning. This is an appreciation of live music at its best, plus some espresso martinis because we're still a coffee company, after all. Tickets are limited, so head to the link in the comments to grab yours before they sell out. https://lnkd.in/gUhaKCj4

  • Let's talk about the importance of coffee extraction ☕ It's key to a great cup. It’s all about water pulling out the flavours and aromas from the coffee grounds. Get the balance right, and you’ve got yourself a smooth, flavourful coffee. Using professional café technology, our Grind x Sage Barista Touch™ Impress Coffee Machine has an intuitive touchscreen display with a pre-programmed menu to help you master your own coffee extraction, for all of your favourite barista drinks at your fingertips. It's basically the closest you can get to having a Grind café in your kitchen. Sensational, we know. More here: https://lnkd.in/eKcyari9

  • We're telling you…bad coffee impacts morale, productivity, and possibly your will to keep on showing up. So... we propose you bring in the Grind Pro machine to your workplace. Not only will it impress your clients, but it’ll also give you superhuman productivity (or at least fewer typos). This is about bringing better coffee to your workplace. Plus, imagine meetings where people aren’t just daydreaming about their next coffee fix. To help you further, we have made an email template for you to use as 'the pitch' and letter to your boss... because better coffee means better employees, and maybe even office peace. If you want this email template, then just say the word... drop a '☕' in the comments and we will send it over to you. Find out more here: grind.co.uk/grindpro

  • It's International Coffee Day, so it's fitting that today we’re launching our commercial coffee program GrindPro, bringing barista-quality coffee to businesses, offices, and organisations. In the past, coffee in these kinds of settings has typically been a very fragmented setup–with a machine made by one manufacturer, beans from another company, and installation, training and maintenance by yet another business–with none of it designed to work together from the ground up. With GrindPro, we've integrated all of this, allowing businesses to offer their staff and customers café-quality coffee with ease–bringing together a best-in-class automated machine and freshly roasted Grind coffee, plus installation, maintenance and training–all provided by Grind in a really simple and accessible way designed for 2024 (not 1994.) Good coffee is a workplace essential. Go tell your friends. Or your boss. More here: grind.co.uk/grindpro
