Sustinability is something we are extrememly passionate about as a company, so working with like-minded businesses and schools is very important to us. At the forefront of this, is Barings, who are constantly working on new ways to be sustainable, whether it's their on-site London bees, their built in growers and simply just the suppliers we work with to provide healthy and nutritious food every day. Recently, the Barings Sustainability Fair hosted a selection of suppliers that are used within the kitchen among others, a chance for employees to get to know the people that are providing their food straight from the source. From sustainable coffee all the way to plant based ice cream made locally.

It was an honour to host and cater for the EP Business in Hospitality C-Suite Dinner last night at Scale Space . The evening featured insightful discussions on key topics shaping the future of the industry, including digitisation, Gen-Z and charity work within hospitality. Our Managing Director, Blain Shepherd, shared his inspiring journey - how he entered the industry, developed into the sector’s youngest MD and his vision for the future of hospitality. The menu for the evening was expertly curated by our Culinary Director - London, Robert Aikens, offering a fantastic and delicious dining experience.

Knightsbridge School held a sushi pop-up with multiple different types of sushi, with vibrant colours and beautiful textures, the sushi was a stand-out show. Not only this, but it was also a perfect learning opportunity for one of our Chef Apprentices, Alex to learn from new experiences!
