Topics of discussion included the key drivers and strategic challenges, what makes a good partner, investment partnerships as an alternate model and exit strategies. Guests from the public sector (including London Boroughs), registered housing providers, developers, funders, investors and Future of London’s Council-Led Housing Network attended for an engaging and interesting discussion.   Special thanks to our co-chairs Nicola Mathers, CEO of Future of London and partner David Meecham, TLT Head of Housing & Regeneration, and to Visakha Sri Chandrasekera, Housing Programmes Director for a strategic market overview.   With Shazia Bashir, Paul Crighton, Linda Convery, Ranjeev Kumar and Victoria Douglas

🌍🧠 The theme of this year’s Mental Health Day is “prioritising mental health in the workplace”. We are strategically committed to promoting good wellbeing within a culture of openness about mental health, and one of the ways in which we support our colleagues is through our Mental Health and Wellbeing Champion network. We have asked some of our Champions to share why mental health is important to them. Our Champions are a group of trained individuals who provide a non-judgemental, supportive and safe space to listen and share any worries. With an understanding of the mental health support available to our people, they can also signpost to the relevant assistance if required, and promote good wellbeing in their teams. Addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is essential to ensuring that our people can bring their whole selves to work. You can learn more about what we’ve been doing to help our people’s mental health and wellbeing on our website: https://lnkd.in/ev6YGCpB #WMHD2024
