TMD recently hosted its annual client golf day at Brocket Hall Estate. This year being extra special with the event reaching it's 40th year! The event was well attended, with both familiar and new faces in attendance. And despite the changeable weather, everyone had a fantastic day.   Shiva Sheth from DTZ Investors clinched the gold medal, with Richard Evans (Memery Crystal) coming in as the runner-up, and Graeme Jones (Sovereign Centros) securing a commendable 3rd place.   Congratulations to all from the TMD team.   We would like to thank everyone who attended and participated. After undertaking PM/EA and Architectural duties for the refurbishment of this c 30,000 sq ft building in Gloucester, TMD was also appointed for the same roles in respect of the Cat B fit out the c10.000 sq. ft top floor office for the first incoming tenant.   We produced the CGI images below before the fit-out works, fine-tuning the project specifications with the client to achieve the desired result: a modern and minimalistic design, combining neutral colours and sleek furniture to create a welcoming atmosphere.    With TMD Architectural Design services, what you see is what you get! #tmd #architects #buildingsurveyors

GLOUCESTER BUSINESS PARK We’re delighted to announce that Practical Completion has recently been achieved for this Cat A 25,000 ft2 office scheme on behalf of our client, ESR. The works involved both internal and external refurbishment, including replacement of many of the services, including the lift, and new finishes throughout.   TMD undertook the roles of Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, and Architectural services. In addition, we dealt with the dilapidations matters with the outgoing tenant.   Our involvement has not stopped there with the building, as we’re now acting for the first incoming tenant for the Cat B works to the top floor and works are now underway.   The other core members of the professional team included: Feasibility – Cost Consultant etch Associates – Services Consultant A and H Construction – Main Contractor   #ESR #Feasibility #aandhconstruction
