Yesterday at The Nationwide Caterers Association (NCASS) Street Food Business Expo, our MD Conrad Brunton was on the panel for the People Power: Leadership and Management in Hospitality seminar, an insightful discussion on the pivotal role that people play in a business’s success. It was an absolute firecracker of insights as he joined Kieron Bailey from People on Purpose and Patricia Colden I HR specialist Colden Human Resources Ltd to tackle one of the hottest topics in hospitality. From building kickass team cultures to ensuring every employee feels seen and valued, the discussion was all about people power. Because it goes without saying that when your team thrives, your business thrives. **NATIONAL RESTAURANT AWARDS - RISING STARS** This exciting new initiative launched by the National Restaurant Awards is to shine the spotlight on the up-and-coming talent in the hospitality industry. This program celebrates chefs, front-of-house professionals, and sommeliers who are making waves and are destined to become the next stars in the industry. What a fantastic evening at the Institute of Hospitality - Tips and Tricks for Team Engagement and Retention.
