A key theme of the 2024 Trustees’ Week (4-8 November) is ‘Celebrating, Inspiring and Supporting’ trustees. We provide support to a number of trustees and believe that all deserve to be celebrated. We have also seen first-hand the benefit of trustees engaging with other charity trustees at events and training sessions, to support and inspire one another. The Trethowans Trustee Network aims to facilitate trustees along the South Coast to connect with fellow trustees to share their experiences, recommendations and engage in inspiring discussions. New High Court Ruling on SaaS Subscriptions! A recent High Court ruling has clarified that time-limited SaaS subscriptions are considered services, not ‘sales of goods’.
