Morning and happy Monday… YES it is STILL January! Have you hit your goals for the month? It really feels like there is a bullish-ness to the market this year, it’s almost like people’s attitude is now “whatever shit comes our way, we’re going to push forward and make something happen any way”. Which tbh, I rate! There are always going to be set-back’s, challenges, market conditions etc that are out of your control but as a business owner, if you really focus in on cost base, minimise financial risk and keep yourself in a position where you can always adapt and change quickly, you can usually keep moving forwards!
