PROSPECT WELLS HOUSE, OUTWOOD LANE
FRAMECLAD LIMITED has been appointed by GPS Projects to design and manufacture our Load Bearing System for Prospect Wells House on Outwood Lane, Chipstead.
This project marks a significant redevelopment of the former Prospect Wells House, which was located on Outwood Lane in Chipstead, Surrey. The original building was demolished to make way for a new, modern three-story mixed-use development. The new structure features ground-floor retail spaces with ten residential units on the upper floors, thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the traditional charm of the village while offering contemporary living amenities.
The success of this scheme is the result of a collaborative effort between Ubique Architects, structural engineers Considine, main contractors GPS Projects, and FRAMECLAD LIMITED. Together, we have created a development that balances modern functionality with aesthetic appeal, enhancing the character of the area.

It has now been just over a year since the new SECAmb centre opened in Gillingham, Kent. The centre consists of a Make Ready Centre, Emergency Operations Centre, and NHS 111 contact centre. Integrating both 999 and 111 services is a key part of SECAmb’s strategy to deliver more joined up integrated care and to increase efficiency. It was the first ambulance centre in the country to bring all three functions together under one roof. We are extremely proud to have been involved in this project!
