  • Our UK and US combined Consulting team has provided transaction advisory support to Simon ParringtonSamuel McCarthy and Bradley Alis of Celnor Group on its acquisition of John Turner Consulting, Inc., representing Celnor Group’s first international acquisition and a platform for international growth in the United States. Celnor Group was established by Simon Parrington, with the support of Inflexion, a leading mid-market PE firm that invests in high-growth companies in the UK. Celnor consists of four distinct divisions – life sciences, built environment, safety and compliance, and risk management, each comprising several member companies that work collaboratively to deliver in its key focus sectors. Founded in 1997, John Turner Consulting is a multi-discipline consulting firm, based in New England, USA, focusing on providing geotechnical engineering and consulting, environmental consulting, special inspections, utility inspections, highway inspections, materials testing, and structural and infrared evaluations. The acquisition of V1 expands Together Group's ability to serve brands in sectors undergoing profound transformation.   Founded in 1999, V1 is a global architectural visualisation consultancy. Working on global real estate projects, they combine industry leading visual artistry with innovative technologies to create compelling architectural CGI, visualisation, and immersive environments.   Together Group is the leading collective that blends creativity, culture and cutting-edge immersive technology for creating and transforming luxury brands, experiences and destinations.   • Our deal services team has provided transaction advisory support to C&M Scientific Ltd, part of the Scientific Laboratories Supplies (SLS) Group, on its acquisition of RADISON SERVICES LIMITED.   C&M Scientific is Scotland’s leading scientific calibration, maintenance and validation company providing engineering support and consultation to an extensive range of laboratory industries. The acquisition of Radison Services Limited allows C&M Scientific to expand its geographical footprint and reinforcing SLS Group’s commitment to excellent customer service and support.   Incorporated in 2003, Radison Services specialises in refrigeration and scientific appliance services, building a trusted reputation over two decades.   Mark Leyland, Deal Services Director, commented, “It was great to support SLS Group and C&M Scientific in its latest acquisition.   • We provided financial and tax due diligence to DREWSEN SPEZIALPAPIERE GmbH & Co. KG on its acquisition of Portals Paper Ltd from private equity firm Epiris. RSM Ebner Stolz also acted as advisers on the transaction. Drewsen Spezialpapiere is a leading German manufacturer of speciality and security papers used for secure documentation such as passports. Its acquisition of Portals Paper Ltd, a producer of high-security papers based in Somerset, UK, will streamline services to ensure business continuity and expand product offerings.   • Our deal services team has advised custodial specialist Newcastle Joinery Limited (NJL) on its sale to Equistone-backed KWC Group.   NJL is a leading provider to the custodial and secure accommodation sector, designing safe and secure furniture and equipment for custodial and healthcare environments including prisons, police forces, young offender institutions and mental health trusts across the UK.   Founded in 1874 in Switzerland, KWC Group is a specialised system and solution provider for sanitary facility equipment and intelligent water management systems.   Steve Hubbard, corporate finance partner at RSM UK, said: “With UK prisons currently facing significant overcrowding challenges, this transaction will bolster the provision of safe and secure solutions by bringing together two closely aligned businesses.   • Our deal services team has advised national drainage and wastewater utility specialist Lanes Group on its acquisition of North West septic tank specialist S&C Foster, supporting the company’s strategic growth plans in the UK utility market. Lanes Group is a national drainage company providing services across a number of sectors. The company was established in Leeds in 1992, and is now made up of a network of 25 locations in the UK. Founded in 1990, Preston-based S&C Foster provides both domestic and commercial tanker, jetting and liquid removal services in Lancashire and the surrounding regions.    Rikesh Patel, deal services director at RSM, said: “The team at RSM was delighted to advise Lanes Group on another successful transaction which supports the company’s strategic growth plans, especially in the North West. Bringing together two closely aligned businesses will help to strengthen the company’s national presence in the UK utility market.   • Our deal services teams provided transaction advisory services to Three Hills on its investment in Operam Education Group (Operam). The investment supports Operam’s mission to scale and address the staffing needs of schools and educational institutions nationwide and create learning capacity in the classroom.   Operam represents the second strategic investment by Three Hills’ dedicated Impact fund, launched earlier this year to support middle-market businesses that are commercially successful and mission-driven.   Founded in 2017 by current CEO Eddie Austin, Operam specialises in the acquisition and growth of education recruitment agencies and high-value service offerings, providing staffing solutions to state schools faced with the greatest need for flexible resources.    Jonathan Wade, Deal Services recruitment sector lead, commented: “This latest transaction further strengthens our leading credentials in the recruitment sector.
