How can capacity strengthening and collaborative learning drive lasting change? In addition to our Fellows Programme, we’ve been working to strengthen institutional capacity through our Systems Innovation Partnerships (SIPs), fostering meaningful change from the ground up. In her latest blog post, Yashua from Childcare and Wellness Clinics Research (CWC) in Abuja, Nigeria, shares her reflections on this two-pronged approach—targeted funding and collaborative learning—after a week of impactful workshops in Abuja. As Head of Research at CWC, Yashua highlights the progress of the PULSE project in Nigeria, showcasing how these initiatives have accelerated growth and equipped CWC teams with the essential skills to sustain and expand their efforts. She also explores the role of the UKHIH capacity-strengthening support in empowering her team to lead transformative work across #Nigeria. 👉 Read Yashua’s blog to discover how capacity strengthening and shared learning can drive innovation in community-centered healthcare. https://lnkd.in/eGJ_F7pu
