Bridging the gap between ambitious founders and compatible funding. Richard Koteles (1st year, BEng Mechanical Engineering): Oasis, a safety navigation app for walking with a dynamic map including user reports of hazardous situations near you. Valeria O. (2nd year, Engineering and Entrepreneurship): Agenciart: An online market place that interlinks investors with company theatres. Last week we ran our annual, international Technology Entrepreneurship Bootcamp #TEBbootcamp at University of Exeter, led by #UCBerkeley faculty Gigi Wang, Amber Strong and Peter Melville-Shreeve. This 5 day, intensive interdisciplinary programme brought together innovative students from around the globe, including DTU - Technical University of Denmark, King Danylo University (official) and Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, to experience and learn from Exeter's #entrepreneurialecosystem The Technology Entrepreneurship Bootcamp took students from idea to startup in five days, culminating in a pitch competition.
