By #improvising and #listening to each conversation, which is different from the other. 🍎 Today, during Prof. Simone Ferriani's #Entrepreneurship course for the Master of #Business #Administration, I returned to the (virtual) desks of the prestigious Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna. ✈ I told the #students (unfortunately all of them had cameras off) about my #experience in the #startup world together with Startup Wise Guys, Europe's leading B2B accelerator. 🏡 The main #takehome? Don't be shy, in entrepreneurship you don't need to be. And above all: be #curious to #learn. After 20 years of uninterrupted study, these students may have learned something: I hope it is the ability to #learnbylearning.

📚 Recently, we found an interesting article confirming that the US continues to be a Mecca for entrepreneurs and startup founders. This is unsurprising because, according to PitchBook statistics, 9 of the top 10 universities that produced the most innovative entrepreneurs are located in the USA, and only one is in Israel. @ MSME IDEA Hackathon 4.0 is a competition for entrepreneurs to solve problems faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Participants will brainstorm solutions and present them to judges. Winners receive cash prizes, mentorship opportunities, and other rewards. The competition aims to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the MSME sector. By participating, entrepreneurs can gain exposure, network with industry leaders, develop their skills, and potentially win significant prizes.

Europe needs a strategy for digital entrepreneurship development. There are so many universities with Computer Science programs where students are learning the technical aspects. Alongside that training, it would be great to equip them with entrepreneurship education out of the gate. One of the best ways would be to start a Tech Startup Incubator within the Computer Science department, and create a direct bridge with Silicon Valley. Huge thanks to John Avery, Director of the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) at Georgia Tech, for an absolutely enlightening session with my New Venture Development class at The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute at Georgia State University! 🚀🧠 John's deep dive into the evolution of innovation was both informative and eye-opening. His insights gave our students a fresh perspective on how technological advancements and market dynamics have shaped the entrepreneurial landscape over time. But John didn't stop at just sharing knowledge - he opened doors for our aspiring entrepreneurs: 1.
