🚨 Collaboration Alert! 🚨 🎨 We partnered with The Ripe Avocado to supply 400 guests with an African Carribean rum punch crafted for the opening of Hew Locke’s "What Have We Here" exhibition at the The British Museum 🎨 🍹 We featured our South African Xwai Rum alongside Guyana's finest, Eldorado Rum. 🍹 👏 A big thank you to Jay Burgesson-Carter and his team for bringing this to life. Most importantly a big shout out to Hew Locke for his incredible work. With weather warnings across much of the country today, we're reflecting on sunnier times. Did we tell you that time when we helped Nigeria to meet South London sunshine!? Daniel Idowu, likes to think of Value Africa as the bat signal for African brands entering the UK. So when at Bature Brewery got in touch to discuss their collaboration beer with Craft Beer legends Brixton Brewery, it was a no brainer to work together. We helped them to pack out Brixton's Tap Room. We had a DJ spinning tunes, a food vendor serving Suya and over 300 people drinking their collaboration beer Mangoes to Lagos that stayed packed pretty much until closing. Bature Brewery continues to break new ground, and their partnership with Brixton Brewery is an incredible celebration of creativity, community, and collaboration across borders. We love supporting initiatives showcase the incredible potential of African brands on the global stage.
