Congratulations to Anthony E., one of Veygo UK's Software Engineers, who was highly commended at the recent Admiral Group Plc Data Awards as a Data Influencer. Anthony (Toni) has been exceptional in bridging the gap between our business areas and data, bringing people together and generating new ideas for improvement. He has been the driving force behind our exploration into Gen AI, building our first large language model chatbot. This is paving the way for increased operational efficiency, and crucially, a better customer experience, which is one of our key values. Congratulations again and thank you Toni!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Admiral Braai-oneer 🙌 Last week, we came together for our annual Volleyball Day and Awards. We were joined by some special guests - our partners at Root - Charlotte Koep, Jonathan Stewart, and Louw Hopley, who not only brought the sunshine with them, but also a South African twist, as we hosted our first ever Braai ☀ Congratulations to all our colleagues who won awards for their standout contributions over the last few months 🎉

Yesterday, we had our All Hands, where we brought together the whole Pioneer team, including Admiral Business , Connect by Admiral, and Veygo UK 🎉 We had a great time celebrating the recent achievements across our businesses, sharing knowledge through our communities of practice, and of course enjoying a dedicated session on how we can learn even more from our customers. We recently held our Q2 event, which focused on our learning and development opportunities individually and business-wide, so of course we called it (Vey)Grow 🌱 We started with an inspiring session where some of our colleagues shared their career journeys, which was a great reminder of the varied talent and experience we have at Veygo UK.
