We value our customers' feedback through our quarterly Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) surveys, which are sent out after customer interactions with us. Thanks to this input, we have implemented the following changes: - Recruited a Repairs Scheduling & Administration Manager to streamline our repairs planning process – making sure our trades staff are sent out with the right materials in the right order. - Improved appointment scheduling – we can book follow-up appointments whilst we’re at homes, so our customers won’t need to ask for updates. - More effective communication with our customers regarding scaffolding in communal areas – we now send letters which are followed up with a text from the contractor, so customers know what’s happening and can plan accordingly. We’re delighted to have been offered £14.35 million from the Government’s Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund to boost the energy efficiency of our homes. Combined with our £33.6 million investment, we aim to enhance the energy efficiency of 1,800 homes over the next three years, starting in North Hampshire. This initiative supports our aim to make all homes warm and affordable, by reducing energy use, costs, and carbon emissions. Tom Robinson, our Executive Director of Assets and Sustainability, said: “This grant will enable us to expand our energy efficiency programme, making our customers' homes more comfortable and easier to heat.
