The Company is currently completing the surrounding access roads and footpaths, with the project valued at £3.6 million and scheduled for completion in January 2025. The project comprises a selection of four- and five-bedroom sustainable homes, expertly designed to blend seamlessly with their countryside surroundings and coastal location. We are excited to announce our newest project in Neyland Marina. This project involves us extending the northern end of the main marina building. This extension will involve the addition of brand new showers, a new family washroom and improved disabled access.
