Making a difference in our community! As part of our Helping Hands initiative, a team of volunteers from our South West region's Land and Planning department recently leant their time, skills, and equipment to create a much-needed storage space for North Devon Hospice's occupational therapy department. The hospice provides invaluable care to around 3,000 people each year, supporting those facing life-limiting illnesses like cancer. The new outbuilding will help the hospice continue its vital work in bringing comfort and support to patients and families across North Devon. Mark Harding MRICS, Land and Planning Director, shared: "The support North Devon Hospice provides to people in this community is invaluable and it was both a pleasure and a privilege for our team to be able to volunteer their time and skills to make a real difference.” Claire Paine from North Devon Hospice expressed her gratitude: "We are all so thankful to have had the best team on the job.
