If you look at the most successful businesses, you might spot that they have different revenue streams, to ensure there is a flow of money into their business throughout the year 😃 Take a peek to a supermarket for example .. There are 10000's of product lines and concessions inside most stores - Argos inside Sainsburys for example or Costa inside Tesco's -> predictable guaranteed revenue 🥰 When exploring your lovely business (And remember there isn't anything small about your amazing business) have a think about: 1. Do you have a channel for predictable revenue? 2. Do you have unpredictable revenue? Does your business ebb and flow with the seasons? 3. Do you have more than one revenue channel for your business? ie: Multiple product lines or a product and a course for example 4. Is any part of your revenue model predictable? Ie: is it re-occurring / passive? We often get so caught up with marketing, wanting more visibility in the hope it will generate sales, we often forget to setup the frameworks to enable money to flow through our business :) Not all business models will suit you, you get to sift and sort and choose the model that is best aligned for you. .. Woo hoo big news 😃 Last week we received a message from a client, who has been using our Email Outreach service for the past 14 months to say they have secured a £1 million client - truly! It will forever be saved on my whatsapp 😎 That's one huge ROI .. Though as much as we will work super hard to make it the norm, it isn't .. We only take on a handful of clients to use our Email Outreach service, as it isn't a typical lead gen service. It works and lasts longer than the standard 3 months, as it is supported by our marketing service, where all marketing touchpoints work together to support the campaign.
