Last week I had the opportunity to join a group of amazing women at NC State Executive Education for the Women in Technical Leadership Program: An intensive 3-day course diving into effective leadership techniques, emotional intelligence, identifying how best to maximize teams’ unique skills and assets, and discussing the challenges for women in leadership alongside ways to overcome these challenges. It was a week of reflection, rejuvenation, and new friendships that I look forward to nurturing as my career progresses. Highly recommend this course for women looking to build their network and advance their careers alongside other women who are leading the charge.   I would be remiss if I didn't also give a huge shoutout to WEP Clinical for allowing me the ability to attend this course.
