About us

54 is a sports and entertainment agency operating across five regions and eight offices: United Kingdom (London), Europe (Sotogrande, Spain), MENA (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia & Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates), APAC (Singapore & Adelaide, Australia) and USA (West Palm Beach, Florida). It works with rights holders, governing bodies, household brands and major investors who share its belief in the power of sport. 54 comprises three service areas each consisting of two divisions: 1. Strategic Advisory (Consultancy and Data & Insights), 2. Asset Optimisation (Operations and Commercial), 3. Activation & Engagement (Events and Marketing).     Our Pushing the Edge Challenge is designed to inspire our team members to step out of their comfort zones and take on personal obstacles in 2024—whether physical or mental. It’s all about growth, resilience, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement together. A massive congratulations to George Doyle our Group Financial Controller at 54, for successfully completing his Pushing the Edge challenge—a remarkable 1,000-mile bike ride across Europe in just 10 days! George’s journey was a heartfelt tribute to his father, Tony Doyle MBE, a two-time World Cycling Champion. Alongside his brother and two friends, George retraced his father’s racing routes through eight European cities, starting in Ghent and finishing in Munich. Through his Pushing the Edge challenge, George has impressively raised over £11,000 for Pancreatic Cancer UK and Headway. Congratulations, George—what an amazing achievement!     The Asian Tour made a groundbreaking debut in the UK in 2022 with the International Series England hosted at Slaley Hall, marking a significant step in expanding its global audience and showcasing its exceptional talent.     That milestone event paved the way for growing interest in the tour, drawing in new fans and heightening the visibility of Asian golfers on the international stage.     Good morning, good afternoon and good evening.     With the unveiling of our European and Vietnamese bases in Sotogrande and Ho Chi Minh City, 54 is now nine locations globally and counting (and nearly as many time zones).     ‘Global insights, local perspectives’ is something you’ll hear members of the 54 team say often. Our growing footprint of geographies and professionals not only allows for ‘boots-on-the-ground' delivery in some of the most exciting markets in sport today, but their first-hand expertise also crucially feeds our centralised data & insights, delivering knowledge that can be utilised in the development of strategies to be rolled-out anywhere in the world.     This network allows us to spot trends sooner, share unique solutions and learn quickly from our successes and challenges in each market.     As our Events and Marketing teams enjoy bumper crowds at this weekend’s LIV Golf Andalucía at Valderrama, it’s hard to ignore the prevailing strength of Spanish sport.  Reigning FIFA Women’s World Cup winners. A Euros final for its men. High expectations of further men's success at Wimbledon. The only country currently with three riders in the top ten of the Tour de France. Second only to the USA in the valuation of its top sporting franchises (Real Madrid and FC Barcelona). Individually and as captain of his Legion XIII team, national hero, Jon Rahm, can assume the top spot in both LIV Golf rankings with victory on home soil on Sunday.   Spain’s system for sporting governance was highly influenced by the Barcelona Olympic Games, the groundwork being laid from the confirmation of a successful bid in 1986.  It’s still recognised as one of the best in the world today, and clearly acknowledges that a connected strategy for sport, from grass roots to elite levels, often yields more than medals.  As in evidence at Valderrama, Andalucía is embracing sport as an economic enabler. It has increased the number of sporting events from 8 in 2018 to 50 this year, including the E1 Puerto Banús Marbella GP, delivered successfully by our events team earlier this year. Our new European office, itself in Sotogrande, has ambitious plans to ride this wave, utilising our Spanish base to connect with brands, franchises, federations and rights holders, who are equally appreciative of the impact of sporting prescience.  Here’s to a thrilling weekend of sport (with a palpably Spanish flavour)! #WeAre54 #PushingTheEdge
