Last week, we had a full team day where colleagues travelled from across the UK—including Edinburgh, Bath, and Manchester—to come together for an inspiring day of collaboration. 🚅✨ We kicked things off with an exciting business update, diving into our latest progress and future plans. Then, we shifted gears into a creative workshop where we brainstormed, shared ideas, and presented some truly innovative concepts. 💡 There’s nothing like coming together in person to fuel creativity and strengthen our team spirit! 🙌 Looking forward to turning these ideas into action. #TeamDay #Collaboration #Innovation #CreativeWorkshop #TeamSpirit

We Are Futures are excited to announce the latest addition to our team! Join us in welcoming Anna Chapman as Brand Strategy Director. Anna brings a wealth of experience in building purpose-driven brands, communication strategies, and cultural insights. She’s worked with major brands like Unilever, PepsiCo, Mars Inc., and IKEA. Beyond her professional achievements, Anna is currently writing her first novel 📖 and holds a British Wheel of Yoga diploma🧘♀️ "I’m super excited about working in a space which combines brands, social impact and young people. I’ve always been obsessed with youth culture and now I live with two teenage daughters – real life research subjects in the house! I believe that brands need to grow responsibly, with an awareness of their impact on the people who buy them and the planet. I can’t wait to get started on project work." We’re looking forward to Anna’s contributions—and maybe even a yoga class to keep the team flexible 🧘♂️

What a great day! Thanks to my Southern Water clients for an amazing experience learning about the River Mole and how Southern Water + South East Rivers Trust helps educate young people about protecting and valuing the rivers in the region through the Our River, Our Water programme. The best part was looking to see what wildlife we could find - and I found all kinds of creatures in the river including leeches, shrimp, bullhead fish, water hoglice, mayfly nymphs, and more. Did you know that 3 in 5 girls lack confidence in school because they don’t feel good about how they look*? For 20 years, Dove has been on a mission to change that through the Dove Self-Esteem Project (DSEP). To date, we've empowered over 114 million young people in 153 countries with vital body confidence education. This week, we were proud to make a direct impact in London, delivering workshops at 20 schools and reaching over 2,000 students. Supporting the workshops and seeing the young people engage with the program has been truly inspiring and rewarding. A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers from Dove and our partner organisations who made this possible and special thanks to Gaia Maranetto and Meg Morrison. Together, we are helping to raise a body-confident generation! #Agency #Work #MakingImpact #Inspiration #BodyConfident Dove’s The Real State of Beauty: A Global Report, 2024.
