We are delighted to announce our interim results for the half-year today. The Group continued to deliver against its strategic priorities, seeing strong performances in both the Beauty and Ingenuity businesses. THG Beauty saw a record H1 adjusted EBITDA performance of £32.6m, as business model changes come to fruition. The major rebrand of Myprotein is also nearing completion, delivering positive reactions from global consumers, major offline retailers and licensing partners. Myprotein has also entered an exciting new long-term partnership with Müller for co-branded dairy products that have launched across major retailers. Further contract wins within THG Ingenuity are underpinning a steady acceleration in revenue growth, resulting in a record adjusted EBITDA performance. We have also announced today that, following the completion of the FCA listing regime review, we are taking the appropriate steps to transfer to the ESCC category, which we expect will leave the Group eligible for inclusion in the FTSE UK Index Series. Following extensive engagement with our valued shareholder base over the past 12 months, we are progressing options to demerge THG Ingenuity. This will leave us with two highly profitable and cash generative businesses – THG Beauty and THG Nutrition. #WeAreTHG

Meet Matthew Rothwell, THG’s Parents Network Sponsor 👶 Balancing a career and parenthood isn't always an easy task. As part of National Working Parent's Day, we sat down with Matt as shares his journey as a working single parent, which involves discipline, sacrifice and commitment to both family and work. “Becoming a parent gave me a renewed purpose and the drive to strive for excellence. It’s about finding the right balance and leaning on your support network”.
