After smashing the 2024 London Marathon, our Managing Director, Tom Clegg, is lacing up again for round two! 🏃♂️ Last year, he took on the challenge to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy UK, a cause that’s incredibly close to his heart. Saturday was International Women's Day, and we took a moment to celebrate the women who inspire us💜 We asked our team: Who’s a woman that has made an impact on you? The responses were heartfelt. Some spoke about family, like a mum who always put others first, even in difficult times, or a grandma whose creativity still inspires today. Others looked to history, like activist and author Loung Ung, who turned hardship into a lifelong fight for justice. It was a lovely reminder of how women shape our lives, in the people we know, the stories we hear, and the lessons we carry forward. Who’s a woman that inspires you? India Cornish is Gen B! 🌍   This B Corp Month, we’re spotlighting the next generation of advocates for sustainability, people driving real change in the way we work, design, and build.   For India, good design is a team effort. It’s about bringing people into the process, making spaces that inspire, and doing it all with sustainability in mind.   As Creative Design Manager, she’s always looking for better ways to do things, whether that’s using more sustainable materials, designing for flexibility, or making sure every space has purpose.   That approach has shaped some of our most recent projects.
