At this time of year we often hear people discussing their aims for the New Year, but why wait until January? We all love the idea of a fresh page, a new week, month or year. However, it's important to remember that we don't need to wait for an appointed date to begin. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲: 💡 Waiting makes excuses more likely Using January the 1st as the starting line can easily become a form of procrastination. This mindset allows the starting process to be delayed. If a thought or dream is already in your mind, why not start today? 💡 Get a head start The next 60 days can be used as a trial period before fully committing in January. This time can be used to understand current habits, behaviours, and obstacles, allowing research and micro goal setting to take place. This will help you and your team set yourselves up for success in the New Year. There’s never a perfect moment to start learning something new, alter a behaviour, or step outside the comfort zone. So why not book a webinar or explore the Habits for Health online programme to help your team make the most of the next 60 days 🙌🏽 #EmployeeWellbeing #StartToday #GoalSetting

𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 We understand that wellbeing is personal and subjective to each and every employee, and not everyone wishes to learn in the same way, or has the time to do so. This is why we offer two flexible learning pathways through the 12 online Habits for Health modules: a structured 12 week programme and a flexible Choose Your Topic approach. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹? This route and approach enables busy people to tackle their issues head on, and get results. It enables people to focus on the areas of health and wellbeing that they may be struggling with – such as poor sleep, stress, lack of energy and lack of time management.
