Arboricultural, ecology and biodiversity net gain surveys and reports to support your planning applications

About us

At Wharton, we create a future where we live in balance with, and connected to, nature by increasing our understanding of natural infrastructure and guiding its enhancement in the places we live, play and work. The leading natural-infrastructure consultancy, providing analysis and advice to successfully plan, develop and manage land and property. Our services include topographical & measured building surveys, arboricultural & ecology surveys and reports and landscape architecture services from small scale design work through to full LVIAs and master planning. Whether you’re looking to plan, develop or manage your site, we provide the natural advice you need to successfully balance commercial, environmental and human needs, naturally increasing the true value of your land or property. We understand the need to find a balance for each site between commercial, environmental, and community requirements. As a result, we focus on trees, ecology and habitats as assets rather than development constraints. This approach allows us to deliver practical and innovative solutions that ensure owners retain viable natural infrastructure and developers optimise their investment.
